Such a good story, Kathy. The IRS cap is so delightful, and I like your description of your dad "leaning in." When I look at pictures of my parents entertaining their friends, it makes me smile to remember that they had a life apart from raising their children. Your parents seem to have had a vibrant social life -- and it sure looks like fun!
